Our initial visit is a comprehensive and personalized experience designed to support you wherever you are in your women’s health journey—whether you're navigating hormonal imbalances, menstrual concerns, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum healing, or menopause.

We begin with an in-depth consultation to explore your full health history, current symptoms, and personal wellness goals. During this session, we provide tailored education relevant to your phase of life, review any available lab work, and may recommend additional testing if needed.

You'll receive a full physical assessment, including abdominal palpation, tongue and pulse diagnosis, and guidance in self-abdominal massage techniques to support your healing at home. Your personalized treatment plan will be discussed in detail, and the visit includes your first hands-on care session with acupuncture to begin the healing process right away.

As an established patient, we’ll continue working together through comprehensive treatments designed to support your unique needs—whether you're focused on fertility, hormonal balance, menstrual health, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or menopause.

Return visits (60–75 minutes) are fully customized to your current goals and may include acupuncture along with adjunct therapies such as cupping, low-level light therapy, moxibustion, electrical stimulation, and/or gua sha—at no additional charge. These TCM sessions help restore balance, regulate cycles, ease symptoms, and support long-term wellness.

For pregnant patients, we also offer an extended 2-hour return visit that combines Pregnancy Maya Abdominal Therapy and personalized acupuncture. This deeply nurturing session supports your body through all stages of pregnancy—relieving discomfort, improving circulation, reducing stress, and preparing for labor (especially in the third trimester or in cases of breech presentation).

Follow-up Maya Abdominal Therapy sessions for non-pregnant patients may be booked separately and include both anterior and posterior techniques to further support pelvic, digestive, and reproductive health. All treatments work together to enhance well-being and support you through every phase of your women’s health journey.
